Our Policy

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we promptly investigate and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and/or links. We also process counter-notices as required by law.

Note: We provide access to educational materials via third-party cloud services (primarily Google Drive, and upon request Pcloud or Mega). Valid notices referencing listings, metadata, or links on medicalcourse.shop will be actioned.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

1. Signature: Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Work Identified: Identify the copyrighted work (or a representative list).
3. Location of Material: Provide the exact URL(s) on medicalcourse.shop and, if applicable, any file names/IDs referenced.
4. Contact Info: Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. Good-Faith Statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
6. Accuracy & Authority: “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.”

How to Submit a Counter-Notice

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identify the material removed/disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. Statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. Statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and accepting service from the original complainant or their agent.

Repeat Infringers & Important Notices

• Where applicable, access may be terminated for repeat infringement.
• Knowingly submitting false claims or counter-claims may create legal liability.
