Medical Course Shop respects creators’ rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).
Our Policy
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we promptly investigate and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and/or links. We also process counter-notices as required by law.
Note: We provide access to educational materials via third-party cloud services (primarily Google Drive, and upon request Pcloud or Mega). Valid notices referencing listings, metadata, or links on medicalcourse.shop will be actioned.
How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
- Signature: Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Work Identified: Identify the copyrighted work (or a representative list).
- Location of Material: Provide the exact URL(s) on medicalcourse.shop and, if applicable, any file names/IDs referenced.
- Contact Info: Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good-Faith Statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
- Accuracy & Authority: “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.”
How to Submit a Counter-Notice
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identify the material removed/disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- Statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and accepting service from the original complainant or their agent.
Repeat Infringers & Important Notices
- Where applicable, access may be terminated for repeat infringement.
- Knowingly submitting false claims or counter-claims may create legal liability.
